Implant-supported immediate prosthetic loading protocols in the anterior region

Immediate implant-supported prosthetic applications have become more preferred and more applied in recent years, with the developments in digital impression systems, digital design and computer-aided manufacturing systems. Based on the literature information, soft tissue healing can be more successful than repeated applications (delayed loading) and the prosthetic emergence profile can be achieved successfully using early prosthetic applications with the correct protocols. In this presentation, planning of anterior immediate temporary and permanent restorations, digital impression applications, digital design stages and prosthetic applications will be explained.
