Prof.Dr. Dilşah Çoğulu was born in 1976 in İzmir. She was graduated from Ege University School of Dentistry in 1999. She completed her Ph.D. in Ege University Health Sciences Institute, Department of Pedodontics in 2004. She became associate professor in 2010 and professor in 2016. Prof.Dr. Dilşah Çoğulu has many national and international published articles, oral and poster presentations in national and international congresses, lectures, and book chapter authorships. Her foreign language is English. She is still working as a Head of Ege University School of Dentistry, Department of Pedodontics.

Innovations in Dentistry: Teledentistry

Teledentistry is a combination of telecommunications and dentistry, which includes the exchange of information and images, enabling dental consultation and treatment planning over long distances. With the help of developments in the age of technology, access to dental services can be facilitated by reducing the risk of infection spread during the pandemic with teledentistry applications. This presentation will be aimed to provide information about teledentistry applications with the help of literature, clinical studies and guidelines.
