Minimum 5 participants are required for group bookings:

  • Group bookings will receive a discount for each delegate of the group.
  • 5-9 Receive a 5% discount.
  • 10+ Receive a 10% discount.

  • All registrations require immediate payment by credit card at the time of registering.

Registration and Confirmations

  • Conf irmation letters will be sent to your e-mail address through the online registration & accommodation portal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • To request a Congress registration cancellation, please contact us at fdiregistration@opteamist.com.
  • For congress registration cancellations made until June 16th, 2024, a 50% refund is applicable.
  • For all booked registration services cancelled between June 16th and July 16th, 2024, a 30% refund is applicable.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 16th, 2024.
