Overview/Synopsis:
In modern social life, patients' treatment demands are based on two basic parameters. These are treatment duration and clinical success. For clinical success, aesthetically and functionally successful treatments and longevity are the prominent parameters. Patients' demands for socialization in a short period of time and the requirements of busy work life cause the treatment duration factor to come to the forefront. For these reasons, implant treatments and implant designs have focused on immediate loading in recent years. This course includes theoretical, practical and hands-on training for implant selection and immediate loading in different alveolar bone scenarios.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the indications and contraindications for immediate loading in a single tooth scenario.

Overview/Synopsis:

There are a number of factors that challenge clinicians in the construction of implant-retained fixed prostheses developed as an alternative to removable prostheses in cases of complete edentulism.  Irregular bone formations and increased interocclusal distance due to advanced bone loss limit the construction of conventional prostheses and therefore require technical modifications. In such cases, fixed prosthetic rehabilitation with a minimum number of implants without the need for invasive surgical interventions is possible with the development of prosthetic materials and techniques used. Supported by 4 implants, this concept has important biological and biomechanical parameters. The basis of success in prostheses with All-on-Four substructure depends on the correct indication, the exact transfer of the measurement taken with the correct techniques to the model and the passive adaptation of the prosthetic infrastructure into the mouth. Today, it is known that the case-based selection of conventional and digital impression techniques, which are accepted to be superior to each other, directly affects the success of prosthetic treatment. In the half-day training, the trainees will first gain a holistic perspective on the All-on-Four concept with theoretical training, followed by the practical phase and will have the opportunity to learn the technique in question by observing the instructor. In the 2nd part of the practical training, under the supervision of the instructor, they will gain experience by personally practicing conventional impression taking with splinted implants in the open tray technique on specially prepared models.

Learning Objectives:
1)Counts the indications of hybrid prosthesis.
2) Learns hybrid prosthesis impression techniques.
3) Takes a hybrid prosthesis impression.

Overview/Synopsis:
Due to the bone atrophy and pneumatization of the maxillary sinus, inadequate bone height in the posterior maxilla can complicate dental implant treatment.  To address this limitation, many techniques have been described in the literature  to elevate the floor of the maxillary sinus and allow dental implant placement.  Although different safe and effective sinus lifting techniques have been well-documented for almost 50 years, numerous complications related to the procedure have been reported not only implant failure but also post-operative chronic sinusitis. In this multidisciplinary course, the risk factors for maxillary sinus complications will be addressed and when preoperative otolaryngologic evaluation and imaging of the sinuses is necessary for sinus lift candidates will be enlightened. The parameters that directly influence the selection of sinus lifting technique will be explained in detail. Every attendee will have chance to perform sinus lifting and implant placement in specific models.

Learning Objectives:

1- when and which patient should be consulted to otolaryngology
2- the parameters that should be taken into account not to experience complication in the maxillary sinus
3- how otolaryngologists and dentists approach maxillary sinus complications

Overview/Synopsis:

In patients who have experienced tooth loss in the posterior region due to any reason, the ideal and optimal approach is to rehabilitate the space prosthetically or orthodontically as soon as possible. However, patients often seek clinical treatment long after tooth loss. Consequently, molars tilted towards extraction sites are commonly encountered in clinical practice. This situation leads to difficulties related to prosthetic rehabilitation.
The objective of this course is to provide the participants with knowledge and skills related to current biomechanical principals and orthodontic approaches for preprosthetic molar uprighting and space gaining. The course consists of theoretical and hands on practical sessions, covering basic molar uprighting and space gaining mechanics in both conventional and digital workflow formats.

Learning Objectives:
1)Biomechanical Principals of Molar Uprighting,
2)Space Gaining Mechanics Intraoral Scanning Practice Conventional,
3)Digital Treatment Workflows
